By using OnTime — the iPhone app or joining a Radar from a web link — you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

What OnTime does. OnTime lets you create a Radar and share a link so the people you invite can see each other’s live location on one map until the Radar ends.

Your account. You sign in with Google or Apple. Joining from a web link doesn’t need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in or browser session.

Location sharing. Joining a Radar shares your live location with everyone in it. Only share a Radar link with people you’re happy to show your location to, and only join Radars you trust. You can leave a Radar at any time.

Acceptable use. Don’t use OnTime to track, stalk or harass anyone, to collect someone’s location without their knowledge, to break the law, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. Hosts can end a Radar at any time, and we may remove access for misuse.

Your content. You keep ownership of your name, avatar and anything else you add. You give us permission to store and show it to the people in your Radar so the app can work.

Privacy. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

Ending your account. You can delete your account any time from Settings in the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

No guarantees. OnTime is free and provided “as is.” Location and arrival estimates depend on your phone, GPS and network, and can be late or wrong, so don’t rely on them for anything safety-critical. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for missed meetups, or for losses from using or being unable to use the service.

Changes. We may update these terms and the app as OnTime evolves. Continuing to use OnTime after a change means you accept the updated terms.
